Noisey met rapper Jay Worthy through a bunch of different connects, most notably A$AP Yams, who was working with him and fellow Bompton rapper Earl Swavey just before he passed last year. We became pals and have worked on a documentary about Compton together that is going to come out in March. This is Worthy's new joint with his LNDN DRGS venture, which has the backing of Fool’s Gold.
Noisey: Missed you at the Yams day thing at Terminal 5 last night.
Jay Worthy: Yeah I've been on death's door with the flu and am in Bompton. Earl Swavey was there though.
Yeah we took him there with Michael K. Williams.
Yeah I saw. Was happy to see my brother and Perico out in New York, letting the East Coast know that LA is in the building.

I know the owners. It's an old Indian family. They used to race horses in Vegas. They were ballin' back in the day and kept the mansion the same since the 70s.

Expect some new collabs with producer Cardo and a group called Warm Brew from Venice, California, coming really soon. We're gonna be playing lots of festivals and putting out a new LNDN album for summer.
